“We’re glad you installed our telephone system. Not only did it meet the
budget with no surprises, but it worked exactly as we needed it to, had all
the features we wanted, and we didn’t have to pay extra for features we
didn’t need. Yet the option to add them is there if the need should arise.
We’ve had plenty of time to find out if the phones will stand up to constant
use. They do. We’ve had no problems, even with dropping them on the concrete
floor (they snapped right back together with no ill effects) and smearing
them with greasy fingerprints from the shop. They clean up nicely and keep
on working. Spare parts have not been necessary but it is nice to know they
are available at a reasonable price. The cost of a handset replacement is
half as much as it used to cost to have someone come out and tell us they
couldn’t get a replacement for the old system…so if we ever do break one,
it won’t cost more than lunch to replace. I would recommend you to anyone
thinking about a new system.”
